Message	I have searched the topic, but don't have all the answers, In caracas traffic is crazy, and it's pretty hot around here. I was thinking of a Koyo or AMS (depending on availability) however I am also considering a Billion thermostat, is this a good idea? any other suggestions on general cooling for high traffic and warm weather? I will not track the car, but I need it to run coooool... (and yes! I'll add water wetter!).
